Beware when ordering this pillow. The roll is enormous and puts the neck in a very awkward position whether sleeping on side or on back unless you are a very large person with very broad shoulders. The roll is 6 inches tall and the non-roll part is the same in the pillow I received. I would return it but the company won't pay return shipping and it would cost almost as much as the shipping to return it so I will put it in the give away pile for our local shelter.
