About the Author

Joshua Free first began by receiving personal apprenticeships from his early years and progressing through his entire life, including various Christian Gnostics, Rosicrucians, Freemasons, members of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, O.T.O. Ordo Templi Orientis, A.A. Argentium Astrum among others. He was officially initiated into the Pheryllt Druid tradition at the age of 12 and began leading his own Gnostic Druid organization at 13. Joshua Free is the founder of Mardukite Ministries (2008), an organization that has continued to grow phenomenally since, and the prolific author of many works including Arcanum, Book of Elven-Faerie, The Sorcerer's Handbook of Merlyn Stone, Necronomicon Anunnaki Bible, Sumerian Religion, Babylonian Myth & Magic, Draconomicon, and many others. In the 1990's he was the youngest initiate of the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids in England until he left to independently pursue the origins of the Celtic Druids - resulting in the "Book of Elven-Faerie", now available in a collected works anthology with "Draconomicon" and "Druidry" titled: "The Druid Compleat" (2013). Although usually best known for his Mesopotamian work emphasis on Sumerians, the Anunnaki and Babylonian Tradition for the "Mardukites", his work on the Dragon Legacy and modern Pheryllt Druid and Elven-Faerie tradition is also paramount. Recently, his writings even appeared in the third and final volume of the bestselling trilogy by Douglas Monroe, "The Deepteachings of Merlyn".

More About the Author

JOSHUA FREE is the prolific writer of many books, anthology editions and personal reprints via the Mardukite Truth Seeker Press. He is also the founder of the Mardukite Research Organization (2008) and the Systemological Society (2011).

First made public from the underground scene as a teenaged 'Merlyn Stone' in the 1990's with the "Sorcerer's Handbook of Merlyn Stone" (now celebrating its 15th Anniversary in the commemorative edition titled: "Wizardry"), the more recent work by Joshua Free has gone on to include not only practical occultism, magic and mysticism, but also the Sumerian Anunnaki, secrets of Babylon ("Mardukites"), Mesopotamian history, Pheryllt Druidism, Celtic-Druid Elven-Faerie spirituality, the Dragon Legacy, Ancient Aliens Theory, the Next Generation (NexGen) Evolution and more!

Joshua Free's writing has even been used for the final volume of the classic bestselling Druidic 'Merlyn' trilogy by Douglas Monroe: "The Deepteachings of Merlyn", published in 2011.

The contents of this hefty tome did not meet my expectations. The fact is I'm not really sure what this book is supposed to do for me. It is advertised as a complete course of initiation into the ancient Mesopotamian system of magick. It is however more of a history Mesopotamian religion. If there are any rituals of initiation within its pages perhaps it would havebeen helpful to put a TABLE OF CONTENTS!! in this dictionary sized book, so that i could find them
