5.0 out of 5 stars simplicity is key
Very easy to follow book. Simplicity is key in that instead of doing complex ritual and incantations, the author puts the instructions very simply which is key in order to communication with these spirits as well as obtain quick and powerful results in any type of ritual.

1.0 out of 5 stars Dreadful
This book is an abomination before all other books. I can accurately make such a statement due to the fact that I have researched the Necronomicon in all of its forms. This [very-basic-at-best] book is an abomination before H.P. Lovecraft, Simon (if that's at all possible), and the entire literary world! This book is an abomination before all other books. I can accurately make such a statement due to the fact that I have researched the Necronomicon in all of its forms. This [very-basic-at-best] book is an abomination before H.P. Lovecraft, Simon (if that's at all possible), and the entire literary world! For starters, he says he uses no Simon Necronomicon ideas, and that it's not the Simon Necronomicon Spellbook at all. That is his first major mistake, as the first symbol described, which he claims as his "Elder Sign", is directly taken from the Simon Necronomicon! He boldly calls the Elder Gods "good" and the Ancient Gods "evil", which is not only subjective at best, but also simply ignorant of the facts that he WOULD have been aware of, had he actually taken the time to responsibly research this subject. Also, the symbol for the Ancient Gods is a Sabbatic star.....RIDICULOUS!!! Plus, the listed powers for the Gods are simply ghastly! In this ritual book, you may ask Marduk (also mentioned in the Simon Necronomicon), the king of the Elder Gods and the son of Enki, not for vast armies, or riches, but small pittences that may come to you within days! Shubb-Nigurath, who is in accordance with the sphere of Venus, grants love, lust, and countless other things not attributed to her herien. Also, according to Mr. Kuriakos, some of the Gods don't even need spells or rituals at all!!! You just say a few things, call it a night and BOOM they happen!!! This book is best for beginners (and that's being merciful). It is poor at best, and it would require far too much telekinetic power to do half the things in it, seeing as these evocations are from the GREATER AND LESSER KEYS OF SOLOMON!!! Lastly, regarding his sorry excuse for a bibliography, I am absolutely disgusted with it. When writing any piece of literature, whether fictitious or not, one simply can not just write in their bibliography that all of it is from their spirit guides, and nothing more. Not only is this ILLEGAL AND PLAGIARISM, it is also just completely absurd and he is deluded to think that what he has done is in any way acceptable. I know a great deal about spirit guides, as I myself have been closely affiliated with mine since, uh, FOREVER! Therefore, I can safely say that yes: many things can be attributed to spirit guides. However, AN ENTIRE BOOK IS NOT ONE OF THESE THINGS. Please, please, please, if you buy this book...actually...scratch that: DON'T!!! It's a waste of money!!! It's tiny and filled with vague, droll, incomprehensible, psychotic ravings that not even a drunk and dying babboon could exceed in stupidity and repugnance. This is a dumbed-down version of ceremonial magic, and I, for one, will not stand for it. Good day.

1.0 out of 5 stars embarrassingly bad,, October 28, 2009
This review is from: The Necronomicon Ritual Book (Paperback)
The book contains literally only a few pages of mutilated mixed up rituals - using qabalistic watchtower angels and summoning the gods from the simon necronomicon to appear, which if you don't own, then don't even consider this book as you would need the seals from the necronomicon to attempt one of these rituals. why kuriakos puts the satanic inverted pentagram - with mendes goat head in it even in the section on the ancient gods makes no sense at all apart from a shameless attempt to be scary. Worst of all, about Two thirds of this book is just blank paper - gee wow! it's your very own book of shadows where in to write your results! - better to just buy a nice leatherbound book of blank paper really. If you want some quick necronomicon rituals. just get the necronomicon spellbook instead, it is cheap and gives much better results and is a complete self-standing work. Caveat Emptor - I imagine that all of the books by kuriakos are as equally as careless.

5.0 out of 5 stars The BEST Necronomicon book available, January 3, 2008
This review is from: The Necronomicon Ritual Book (Paperback)
A great book that covers the Necronomion spirits and makes it so easy to summons them! A must have book on the Necronomicon to feel these powerful spirits. I also got my requests answered so was very happy about that. The ritual was great as well as it allowed me to focus my energy to communicate with these spirits. A+
