Old style Evil,

I'd love to see the face of any young or "nu metal" people when they hear this stuff. They'd turn their nose up and call it crap. How little they know! I'd imagine what they'd say about the production. Well guess what turkeys, that's all they had to work with. This band sounds hungry for evil intent, the music is pretty basic old Sodom/Hellhammer style but it definitely has a touch of evil about it, something non existent today. It does sound a little like they are just learning the finer points of their instruments but to me that adds to the feel of the release. In those days there was no proliferation of inner metal genres so bands weren't so boxed in by the pigeon holing of their fans, meaning more people on a broader scale enjoyed a lot more and just raised their fist for metal. I long for those days... Anyway, this release would suit people who want to trace back to the pioneering days of true metal, these guys came out with Kreator, Sodom, Destruction, Protector etc. As a matter of fact the vocals do sound a little like Schmier from Destruction.
