After losing 9 pounds the first 2 weeks, I was ready for adding fruit and whole grain. I have studied the menus in the South Beach book, but most of them don't appeal to me. Nothing tells me how to add the items, except "moderately". Should I eat 1 grain per day or is more permitted? May I have fruit at every meal? I know how many nuts make a serving, but how many servings per day? The book leaves me with lots of questions.
