A very mediocre self help book. Not even an ejoyable read. Don't waste your time. Hope the author has another means of employment if needed. If not then look for another hobby.

This is not a diet but a gradual "simple" process to kick start a fun way to lose inches and weight. In the book I learned some very simple yoga exercises to reduce belly fat. What woman over 40 does not need this! These yoga style exercises I now do at home and let me tell you what a difference. Simple straight forward read with a few AHA Moments!

It's not really a plan, per se, but some reminders of important things to keep in mind when trying to lose weight.
