Great song. It downloads easy. It was available immediately. It Is blues with a little bit of country. Very nice song

I first heard this song from a group of musicians I jam with, and bought the download so I could learn the song to play with them. It's very unusual as blues songs go - it's in 6/8 time, it has a ton of chords in it including a diminished chord, B.B. King's version is in the key of Bb, and it has a much more complex structure than the usual 12-bar blues. By comparison, most blues songs are in 4/4 time, have three or four chords, are in one of the "guitar friendly" keys, and have a very simple and repetitive song structure.

For non-musicians, all this musical subtlety, even if hidden, makes the song much more interesting and much less predictable to listen to, compared to the very generic nature of most blues songs.

This version of the song (vocals by B.B. King/ Sheryl Crow) is okay, but I enjoy Peter Green/ Fleetwood Mac's decades-old version more. Peter Green's solo is stunningly beautiful, and his playing is so expressive that it tugs at your heartstrings even more than the vocals do.
