More About the Author
One of the coolest things that ever happened to me was finalling in RWA's Golden Heart contest for unpublished romance writers in 2001. I went on to do it again in 2002 and 2003.
Another cool thing: winning the 2003 New Voice in Romance contest sponsored by Dorchester Publishing and Romantic Times Magazine. My contest-winning story went on to be published by Dorchester.
A *super* cool thing: the revolutionizing of reading habits by Kindle and other eReaders. That development allowed me to publish my romantic suspense stories that didn't quite fit for traditional publishers, but which have been very well received by readers. Yay, Amazon!
My newest cool thing? Being able to put "USA Today bestselling author" after my name.
I live in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, with my family, a Rotti-Shepherd cross (Rottherd? Sheprotti?) and a tuxedo cat.
You can find my romance website at http://norahwilsonwrites.com and my YA / Casters series (co-written with Heather Doherty) website at http://castersthebooks.com. And at long last, you can read about Dix Dodd's adventurs at www.dixdodd.com.

Nita is an attorney. She finds herself attracted to Det. Craig, but refuses to date a cop. Upon hearing some bad news from her doctor, Nita, thought she would die. After hearing the news, she goes on impulse and get Craig into her bed. After the deed is finish, her doctor confirms his mistake.
I did not know what to expect from this story, but I actually loved it. The concept alone I found enjoyable, however, Nita and Craig's interaction really brought a smile to my face. Although Craig was or seems to be a tough cop, his weakness seems to be Nita. He has asked her out numerous times but she has declined. Nita is a very into her work and cares what people thinks if she dates Det. Craig. The moment she gets her bad news, I love both characters interaction and chemistry. After the doctor's mistake, it gets even better for me.
I found the story to be cute and entertaining. Being a novella, it definitely had its fast pace moments, however, you couldn't help but fall in love with both Nita and Craig. I have never read anything by this author, but it makes me want to tip toe on over to her books and have a peak.
Storyline: FAIR to GOOD
Intimacy: VERY GOOD
Kindle length : 726
Lawyer Nita and detective Craig have known each other as opposing sides in the courtroom for years. But Nita has shot Craig down twice before, because she's got a "no dating cops" policy. When a mix up at the doctor's leaves Nita thinking that she is dying, she decides she wants to live the last bit of life to the fullest. For Nita, that means calling up Det. Craig, and jumping into bed.
I really enjoyed the author's writing. While there isn't a lot of "cop action" in this book, I look forward to picking up another book by her to check out her romantic suspense writing. Based on what I've read, I think it will be good. I have no concerns about her ability to write steamy scenes, there are definitely several hot scenes placed into Nita & Craig's story. While the novella moves quickly, the flow of the love scenes felt natural, and worked together with the plot to build an excellent story.

This short story packs a lot: sex, humor, tenderness, conflict and did I say sex. A great addition to the Serve and Protect series.Published 3 months ago by Mary Rhonda Marquez
I read Saving Grace and loved it. But this book no real purpose. It was a big make out session and nothing more.Published 8 months ago by meesh1

I enjoyed this novella. Having read her other books in this series, I expected a more serious story, but this is a light hearted tale. Read morePublished 11 months ago by Kindle Customer
For a super quick read, this book was pretty realistic. Once again, Norah Wilson produced likeable characters intertwined with other characters from the series. Good stuff.Published 11 months ago by jm828
