Book Description

There are two ways to earn more wealth:

To make more money or to save more money.

This concise book is designed to help you make more money by learning how to negotiate a kick ass salary.

Most people don't leverage this 5 step program during the salary negotiation process. While they have certain bits of information about salary negotiation, they have no clue as to how to actually do one!

And there's a huge difference between knowing and doing.

This 5 step process helps to make it easier for you to negotiate. The book covers two main topics:

1. The Theory of Relativity - How to make a compelling case through comparables
2. Having a Kick Ass Vision - Making a compelling statement for your desired salary

You don't need to scour the web for salary negotiation strategies. You just need one simple, easy to follow, step by step guide.

That's exactly what this book delivers.

4.0 out of 5 stars Easy to read; doable tips January 24, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
I like this book because while it is titled "Negotiate A Kick Ass Salary", the tips Nelson Wang has outlined are more universal in nature... meaning, they can be used in any type of negotiation. An easy read, yes, but be warned: the only way to get what we want (kick ass salary, a project, a favorable decision, etc) is to practice, practice, practice what's in the book.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good, quick read December 24, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
There was not a lot of new or insightful information for those of us who have done much reading on this topic, or who have experience already negotiating "kick ass" salaries... But I can see how this would be helpful to people I know who feel subjected to be on the receiving end of what they get paid instead of any form of active salary negotiating... A worth while (and affordable) read for anyone who is new to this topic.
