Negotiating Procurement Contracts by John C. Tracy is a great book. I use this book as a reference book and a tool to help me understand contracts,contract language, and clauses. There are many areas within the book I have referenced with my legal department and this book covers the exact explanation to help me understand contracts. I have been looking for a book like this for a very long time and finally found a good one.

This books offers practical information on the topic of procurement and contracts. Once you get pass the bad layout, poor organisation of topics and frequent typos, there are gems in there that you wouldn't normally find in other procurement books. Reads more like a first person narrative.
