Format: Paperback
I have been waiting for this book for a long time! A comprehensive but very readable work on the nei gong process that shows thw author's depth of understanding of this subject. The diagrams are very clear and help to make nei gong much more accessible to the student. All books that I have previously read were full of esoteric language that was very confusing and by contrast this work is quite informal while containing a surprising amount of information. One of the few books that I have felt compelled to re-read as soon as I had finished it!

This is a great book on a topic that is hard to find good information on. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to get into the deeper layers of Taoist energy work.
