5.0 out of 5 stars Interesting Neighbor Law Cases
After reading another reviewer's comments on this book where he wrote, "these cases are so off the wall and bizarre they are irrelevant to us plebes" and ranked this book two out of five stars, I decided to write a few comments of different perspective. 2.0 out of 5 stars Interesting cases, but way out of the norm
I guess it's fascinating stuff to a lawyer (which is what the author is), but most of these cases are so off the wall and bizarre they are irrelvant to us plebes.

This review is from: Neighbor Vs. Neighbor: Over 400 Informative and Outrageous Cases of Neighbor Disputes (Homeowner's Rights) (Paperback)
After reading another reviewer's comments on this book where he wrote, "these cases are so off the wall and bizarre they are irrelevant to us plebes" and ranked this book two out of five stars, I decided to write a few comments of different perspective. While I agree that many of the cases in the book are not ordinary cases, and may be off the wall, that is what makes this book so good. Many instances where neighbor disputes end up in court for resolution happen to end up in court because one of the neighbors is off the wall and acting bizarre and unreasonable and often the laws are not clear in these areas.
The book also has a section which discusses the history of airports and aviation as neighbors, and that is a topic that is not discussed in many books at a basic level, and it is also an area of law of growing debate affecting most every community within the vicinity of an airport, not only nationally but internationally, especially as air traffic grows, so do the adverse environmental effects to neighborhoods and neighbors. This book gives a good summary of the history of cases in that area. And the book is quite amusing and entertaining to read. Michael
