Dylan may or may not be a Zionist. And even if he was in 1983, so much about Zionism's unspeakable acts from at least 1948 to the present day have been revealed to the public, that I doubt he is now. But that's his business.
To say Dylan is pro-Zionist because of "Neighborhood Bully" is to say Dylan is pro-Mafia because of "Joey." Think about it.
