As received, the torque wrench was so badly out of calibration that it was totally useless. The torque settings on the wrench produced torques almost twice as high as the indicated values over the entire torque range. In addition, reproducibility was so poor that I was even unable to make a 'correction' table. Fortunately I discovered the problem before using the wrench or I would have surely stripped out the fasteners. The wrench appears to be a knock-off of the high quality 'Snap-On' wrench which is available on-line for ~$135. Don't waste your money on this product - buy the 'Snap-On' tool.

First, the weak point. The engravings are not sharp and clear. You'll need a good light, or young eyes to make your settings.

Now for the good. This torque wrench has an unadvertised feature. It comes with a ratchet, which is twice as good as the product description.

I have had a heck of a time trying to find a wrench with such low torque settings in town, went on Amazon and found this one. Have had great luck with it thus far, would strongly it to anyone doing extensive auto work needing a low torque wrench.

mine worked great when new but when I went to use it a year later the torque setting had frozen and I broke a $75 pair of rings over torquing them. you get what you pay for............

Was just what I needed that allowed me to finish the work I was doing on my car without having to bother folks to use their torque wrench. Highly recommended for the price, since I am a "back yard" type guy I feel this will do the job for me for a long time.

I've used the torque wrench a few times since I purchased it and it seems to work well. The wrench seems to be adequate for the occassional user.

I just received mine, and it doesn't have ANY markings for inch pounds. It's marked in Newton Meters on one side and Kilogram meters on the other. I guess I could do the conversions, but I'm not incliuned to. It's going back. And the enclosed literature is for a 10-150 Ft-Lb wrench.

Works well. Reading the settings requires my reading glasses, but overall, I am very satisfied.

This tool was rather poorly manufactured (China), the numbers were very difficult to read and was not in inch-pounds but newton meters with no conversion table. Instructions on how to use it also nonexistant.

Don't be alarmed if your package insert reads 20-150 in-lb, since the wrench itself is marked to 220 in-lb. Perhaps the +/- 4% accuracy only appies up to 200 in-lb. A 10% torque bonus!
