I needed goggles for my chemistry lab, and I chose these because I wear glasses, and I tend to fog up goggles very easily.

With regards to comfort, these can't be beat! The padding around the edges is superb and there are notches on the side to accommodate the arms of glasses. I have never been more comfortable wearing goggles for extended periods of time.

But after any moderate period of time, they begin to fog up on me. Though the back facing vents do help, I find myself having to take them off and air them out every 10-15 minutes. I found if you apply an anti-fog spray however, they do become fairly anti-fog, which to me is a miracle because I always fog up my goggles.

In any case, if you wear glasses, there are the perfect goggles.

Overall there were a lot of things I liked about this goggle. The wide vision is great, I felt like my vision was not impaired at all. Also, the venting worked very well! No sweaty face or fogging. For me, the downside was fit. I am a woman with a medium size head and they gapped around the side of the face. In addition, after 3 hours in the lab they left the worst "goggle ring" I have ever had. I would not call them "extra soft". It was still visible after 3 hours! I liked the construction of this goggle and on someone with a larger head they would probably fit just fine.

The product isn't anti-fog like it says it is. Simply walking around the lab for non-strenuous activities makes it fog up.

I read reviews saying they fogged up, but I thought I would try it anyways.
Put them on and they fogged up pretty fast. Not to mention, they were uncomfortable. I ended up getting the Dewalt ones instead, they do not fog even when you breathe on them.

These are pretty good goggles. Use them in my Gen Chem lab. They are comfortable. BUT if you have contacts, dont get them. They dont have sufficient ventilation, and dries out eyes beyond belief. I cannot stand them for more then 10 mins, and have to keep them on my forehead, which isnt allowed. Basically, they are great when i wear glasses.

Would buy it again.

Soft plastic nice tight fit that doesn't attack your face. Never fogged up, had glass shatter, safety goggles protected my eyes. Great buy!

I have to wear these in my college Chem courses over my regular glasses. Most of my labs are around 2 hours long and the goggles don't fog up in that time period. I do, however, seem to get a sweaty ring around the rim of them which is a little uncomfortable but not bad. They seem to leave a tiny bit of a red line around my face after wear. Much better quality than the equally priced goggles in my college's bookstore though.

I've been suffering with cheap, foggable goggles for way too long. Knowing I had a project coming up that involved lots of concrete dust and shrapnel, I figured I'd finally grab a new pair of goggles. These were a great choice, as they were inexpensive, work well, comfortable, and not a big advertisement for DeWalt like one of the most prominent Amazon choices.

They can fog up at times, but that is to be expected: the point is that they fog up infrequently compared to the non-vented type.

They also deliver a good fit with a seal you can be confident in and my 3M respirator fits underneath with no problem.

As always with goggles, I'll put my contacts on if I know I'm going to use them a lot that day, but they do fit over reasonably sized glasses if necessary. If you got the huge old-guy glasses, you might need a chemistry set style of goggles.

I spent a lot of time reading reviews for various goggles that would meet the requirements for my chemistry lab and was still worried that these would be too big for my small head or that they would fog up, especially since I'm taking this class during the summer and it's really hot here.

No need to worry, these fit great, are comfortable, and there is never any fogging. They don't have an odd smell to them either. I highly recommend these goggles.

Totally fit the purpose needed for working around chemicals. Very tight and comfortable seal, as evidenced by the always-attractive goggle indentations on my face after use. You WILL need an additional anti-fog coating on these, as there is minimal ventilation. This isn't something unique to these goggles; any goggle that will properly seal to your face and prevent chemical splashes will also fog up. Anyone who is surprised by this clearly hasn't spent much time with legitimate splash protection goggles. I bought a bottle of anti-fog and it has lasted me for almost 3 years now with applications every couple weeks. The "built in" anti-fog might work for a little bit, but any anti-fog coating needs to be reapplied regular if you frequently use them.

I wear contacts and, unlike other users, have had no issues with them drying out while wearing them. I've used them with both daily and monthly contacts with no problems.
