Better than expected! Fun to hear him play the old music again. He's a master! Would like to see such concert in person

Being a longtime fan of Neil Sedaka's songs I was hoping for the best. In this performance he proves he is a master of the piano and vocals. My disappointment comes from this being a solo act. There is no orchestra or band, just Mr. Sedaka and his piano. As I said previously, his singing and playing piano are flawless. His Yamaha piano has great sound and depth. Still, many of the songs, in my opinion, would have benefited greatly from a band and/or orchestral accompaniment. There are a couple of songs where he utilizes a previously recorded soundtrack, but these too are only a piano accompaniment. For some, this will be a delightful performance. However, for me, it lacked the power and dynamics that would have been present had there been other instruments, or even soundtracks, accompanying the legend that is Neil Sedaka.
