Great Dock,
Exactly what you need if you use the NeilMed 8oz Sinus Wash Bottle. It also has suction cups for mirror mounting!! I had no idea, I thought it only came with wall mounting. I love it. It makes a sanitary place for the set up!

This is a wonderful little gadget. As it should fits everything perfectly as has either a suction cup, screw or double stick tape. Though the suction cups are small they are strong. I have my holder on the mirror of my swing door medicine cabinet and it holds up to swinging that door open many times a day. I also have one stand at my vacation house and none of the other applications work to hang it up so I got a long rectangular disposable Tupperware container and it fits very nicely on the edge of that and then the bottle brush fits along the diagonal and its easy to take from the cabinet to the sink. The only downside is the cap has to sit inverted in the holder because of the depth of the container but I haven't had a problem with it being dry by the next morning. Great investment if you use the nasal rinse system.

I battle with a cluttered bathroom counter. I purchased this stand thinking I would mount it inside a bathroom cabinet. But I'm currently using the suction cups to hold it on the mirror over my bathroom counter. It does what I needed it to do.

After switching from the NetiPot to the Sinus Rinse squeeze bottle, I struggled to find a way to keep the bottle out of the way when not in use, but allow it to dry properly and not grow anything inside (thus defeating the purpose of using the bottle in the first place). If I could have designed such a device, I don't think I could have come up with a better idea than this one. You don't want to close the bottle after using it because it won't dry properly. Leaving everything separated means the cap will be sitting out somewhere and likely will roll around (or touch things you don't want it to touch). If you leave the bottle open-end-up, then it may never even fully dry! This dry dock device is the perfect answer for keeping your bottle out of the way while letting it dry properly. I was also very impressed with the different mounting methods that were supposed to come with the dock, but this is unfortunately also the reason I deducted a star from my rating. First, my package did not come with the double-stick tape. No big deal, I thought, I'll just use the suction cups. It turns out the suction cups allow far too much flexibility and the dock hangs crooked, which means the tube from the cap will lean against the mirror or tile you've stuck the dock onto! Not entirely sanitary there, and it just looks cheap at that point. I suspect I'll switch over the the mounting screws or purchase some double-stick tape of my own to properly mount it. Other than this, it's a great product at a very reasonable price!

Good idea but, never stays up. I recommend using it in a spot where you can use the drywall anchors. The suction and the tape are lousy.

A wall-mount or suction-mount home for your sinus rinse bottle between uses,

It's always grossed me out to think of putting the clean wet sinus rinse bottle in the dish drying rack; this product solves the wet bottle problem. Keeping your sinus rinse bottle in it's dock means that you always know where it is, wet or dry.

After using the NeilMed Sinus Wash twice a day for 6 months, I was tired of having it resting on a paper towel on my countertop. The Dock Stand takes care of that...it's safely out of the way, yet right where I need it. I mounted it on my bathroom mirror, with the adhesive strip. It HOLDS totally. I liked the convenience of having the inclusion of the adhesive strip, the suction cups (which left it tilted so I went with the adhesive strip) and the mounting bolts if it was going into a wall. I could not find it locally so happily ordered it from Amazon. It is a very convenient product and well worth its minimum cost.

Holding tight, 3 years and counting.,

I am able to purchase my Neil Med Sinus Rinse locally but this I had to purchase on-line. I have mounted this to the side of my medicine cabinet with the included sticky tape. It's been in the same location for 3 years and is still holding tight. It keeps my bottle up and out of the way. If you have, or are considering getting the sinus rinse bottle, this is a MUST. There's not a lot to say about it other than it is the hygienic way to store your rinse bottle and for that, it is perfect. It does come with mounting screws if you prefer but again....it's still very secure after years of use with the included sticky tape. I highly recommend this and not just for helping to keep my bathroom counter uncluttered, but I feel better knowing that no one will have to touch it or move it and it air dries nicely.

GREAT tool, but ......,

I am SO glad I bought this little doodad! However .....the suction cups it comes with (as an option instead of drilling holes in my wall) are TINY! It doesn't help that they are positioned in such a way that it's a bit awkward to push them down to re-stick to my bathroom tile. I also had to use a dab of Super Glue to affix the back of the suction cup to the dock stand itself, as the holes & slots provided for the suction cups don't quiiiiite fit. After the glue resolved the fit problem, occasional "re-sticking" (pushing down the suction cups) has kept my Dock Stand in perfect working order. It's fallen off the tile into the tub a couple of times, but it wasn't a huge tragedy. I just put it back up and got on with my day. Worth the buy if you don't mind the very minimal fuss. I'm guessing that none of this would be an issue for those buyers who will be affixing the Dock to their wall with the supplied screws. |
