I have been using this product twice a day for a month now. When I get up in the morning and again 12 hours later. I was getting sinus infections and taking too many medicines to count. Since I have been using this sinus rinse it is the only thing I need. There are no words to explain the feeling of waking up in the morning and being able to breath clearly. My husband and niece are also using now. It has reduced their snoring and need for medicine. I would highly recommend for anyone with allergies or breathing/sinus problems. Note: this box does NOT come with pot/bottle. Is refill only. I am sure that it says this someone, but I overlooked it. My husband uses the bottle and I use the pot. Both work great!

I have not had a cold in the 3 years that I have been using this product. Prior to that, I had chronic sinus infections and colds every year for as long as I can remember. It is really nice to be able to breathe normally again. Pollen season just ended and I had no allergy problems. This product works for me, but I am not a timid user. I inhale the mixture as aggressively as possible. Some studies suggest that breathing salt water mist actually helps asthma sufferers.

I've been using Sinus Rinse religiously for over three years. In that time, I've had only ONE cold--while waiting for my shipment of SR to arrive. It makes sense to me. SR helps clean out the nasal passages of excess mucus, which is where viruses are initially trapped when we breathe in. I come in contact with about 120 students each day and I was catching cold about 4-6 times during the year. Now, with SR, once before bed and I feel secure that most infectious agents have been cleared from my nasal passages. Oh yeah, and I haven't had the flu in that time period, either!

This is a really good product. It was recommended to me after surgery by my doctor. I have used it for two years on a daily basis and my sinus problems have declined.

When I get a sinus infection, it stays and builds much congestion. Rx and over-the-counter has limited value. One event that led to my first (I am 69) severe asthma event, which messed up my immune system and led to my first angina events which the brought open heart surgury.

NeilMed pre-mixed packets sound like the "minor leagues" compared to the above. When a thorough cleansing is needed to make the sinus areas hostile to infection, these little packets take the mess out of measuring your own salt and soda(i.e. to make a mistake is painful even with the right salt).

Then there is a $15 price in local stores for 100 packets, or about the same on-line for 200. Also a quick response from the vendor.

This was recommended to me by my pulmonologist. I have a tendency to get bad sinus infections that lead to bad lung infections. This has really helped relieve the problem. And when it says "no sting" it means it, I was sure this product would hurt, but it is very gentle. My only complaint is that I don't enjoy the feeling of water up my nose whether it stings or not, but the benefits (being able to finally breathe, smell, etc.) have kept me using it despite the awkward feeling. If you have allergies and other sinus problems, this a great addition to your other medications and routines to help relieve the problems.

I have had terrible sinuses for years. My Dr. sent me to an allergist and then a specialist (ENT). The ENT actually recommended this because he said sinus surgery would not help my condition. (I always had 8 or more serious sinus infections yearly. I was on strong doses of antibiotics about 50% of the time.) My sinus problems were seriously affecting my life and I was always feeling run down.

Since using this product, once in the a.m. & once in the p.m., I now feel so, so much better and only get 2 or 3 infections a year, which are much less severe, and haven't had a cold in 3 years. I'm back to my energetic self.

This is truly a Godsend. My mom now also uses it and loves it. I CANNOT say enough about it.

My husband and I started using this product several years ago. It was part of post-sinus surgery treatment for both of us. Great stuff!!! Just be careful if you are inclined to get ear infections. The water can remain in your sinus cavities for hours, you'll lean over to pick something up and water starts pouring out of your nose. The moisture isn't good for ear infections. I will continue to use this product as long as I live in Atlanta with pollen counts over 5,000 (not 500....5,000).

Allergies and almost constant scratchy throats have plagued me. I used a Neti pot for a while but it wasn't nearly as comfortable as the NeilMed gentle, soft plastic squirt bottle. Also, the premeasured non-irritating rinse packets make the process not only more convenient, but more importantly, there is no uncomfortable reaction inside my nasal passages. Official 'Neti Pot Salt', or regular sea salt can really burn. That would make me avoid rinsing my sinuses in spite of the benefits. So, this is now a quick, easy, comfortable daily process that has really helped keep me sore-throat-free. Well worth it.

My husband has dog allergies and has trouble breathing thru his nose when our daughter visits with her dogs. Because he has sleep apnea he uses a C-Pap device at nite, so having a stuffed up nose is a big problem. Using the NeilMed's Sinus Rinse product has proven a blessing. I also use NeilMed Sinus Rinse for relief from winter cold and flu symptoms during our New Englan winters. NgeilMed has proven its value during spring plant allergy season My daughter, who owns a dog grooming and training shop keeps the NeilMed product on hand at her shop. When she has dog owners whose family members are experiencing stuffed nose from the dog, she advises them of the product and its benefits. My son has post nasal drip and took his NeilMed Sinus rinse kit to Afghanistan and Iraq during his deployments there. Sure helped him get that desert sand cleaned out!
