Could be scaled up a bit,

As far as maps are concerned, one thing I want to see is detail. The scale on this map is too large at 1:1,500,000. Lots of smaller towns are not on the map. But it does indicate the type of attractions that might be found in or near various towns, which is a neat little feature.
There are inset maps of popular locations, specifically Bogotá, Medellin and Cartagena. The Cartagena map is particularly misleading for a newcomer, as you may think you are seeing a map of the whole city, but it's really just the Centro Historico tourist area. That can be very useful in itself, but Cartagena is much larger than that. The other city inserts also show only small parts of the cities, not the entire area. |
