I bought this stuff after another girl in pole class mentioned she used it, and it works great.
If your hands don't really sweat but just get slippery from the pole, try Dry Hands alone, it's a great product!
You put a tiny drop (liquid) onto your palms and rub it in and it will leave a chalk like grip to your hands.
