This stuff is great!,

I started rock climbing a couple months ago and, in the process of moving up to a higher level, started losing some of the skin on my fingers while trying to climb. Also, I have quite a tendency to bang my knees against the wall, resulting in some pretty significant bruises. I picked this cream up from my local health food store and tried it out - it works really, really well at closing up any scrapes, cuts, or other skin wounds (even though it says not to apply to broken skin). It is additionally very useful at alleviating muscle and joint pain and my bruises disappeared nearly twice as fast as normal when using this. I pulled a muscle in my thigh a few days ago while climbing, applied this only once a day for two days and it felt great! No more pain. I really recommend this stuff!

I recently had some consistent bruising occur and so I bought this and Dr Holmquists Bruise Relief just because I wanted to see which one worked better. I thought the dr Holmquists was pretty good for the bruises but this was better for aches and pains that can accompany tough workouts or stiffness from repetitive movements such as bending or lifting. I do alot of gardening and weeding can make my back really stiff. This gave some relief to my back and knees. A small amount goes a long way.

It truly works on bruises. I use it on my 16 month old twins a lot (almost daily now) and it truly works.

I bruise incredibly easily. My legs are always covered in varying sizes and shades of bruises. I was embarrassed to where shorts or skirts/dresses that didn't come down to my ankles. When first told about this product, I was extremely skeptical. I couldn't wrap my head around the idea of a cream helping to relieve the discomfort (that I got) and help in healing the broken blood vessels, in-turn, getting rid of the black, blue, yellow, purple...bruises!! I apply the cream to each bruise 2-3 times a day. I started noticing changes the end of day 2 and by day 3 or 4 my bruises had either vanished or were about to. I highly recommend Arnica Cream.

I used this for 3-4 days, 2-3 times a day on a very large bruised area and the bruised appearance improved visibly after two days of use. I also used it on a small dime-sized bruise over the same period of time and the small bruise didn't change in appearance at all. I bought this through Amazon, and also at Wegmans, they were comparable in price. It's inexpensive enough that it's worth a try. For unsightly bruises in a visible area, I'd recommend cover-up.
