It's no secret to those that know me that I have always had a tent fetish. I have owned many tents and currently have 3. Among the tents I have owned are the Bibler Awahnee, Mountain Hardware EV3, and several REI and North face models..... all returned with the exception of the North Face Mountain 25 (which is also a great tent). 2.0 out of 5 stars its all right
this tent has to many bells and whistles it is not as easy to set up as it looks two of the main poles have to be set up from the inside and they atach in each corner in to a heavly clothed corner if you miss that heavly clothed corner you put hole in the floor or the wall and its easy to do since its so hard to set up the poles inside of the tent.

This tent addresses EVERY complaint I have had about those other tents. It is single wall, Water/windproof, collects almost zero condensation, two large windows in the ceiling, sleeps 3 in total comfort (4 in a pinch), is light for its size, has lots of head room, has TONS TONS TONS of ventilation which makes it comfortable in summer and has many cool options. Among the neatest options is the hallway which zips on and connects 2 tents in series. Also, the vestibule is easy to zip on/off when you don't need it. The footprint fits well and the snap in "paw print" which protects the floor from inside is essential if you have kids/dogs. Here is a great review I found

It is expensive, but worth every cent.

5.0 out of 5 stars High quality, well built tent, February 1, 2009

All of my very high expectations were met for this tent. Its quality construction justifies its rather lofty price.

Easy to assembly, very sturdy, excellent weather resistance coupled with good ventilation make this an ideal four season tent.

I was a little skeptical of the Moke Cheeze, but have been impressed. It's worth the additional money for winter camping.

My only complaint would be the folded size and weight, but that has to be expected with a tent this feature-rich and well built.

Three years since we bought this tent. It has seen maybe 40 nights; many included the large dog who sleeps in what we know as the Beastibule -one of the vestibules now dedicated to the dog (if it's not too cold.) Heavy but it feels so complete and is most comfortable in the rain. I always regret how heavy it is as I heft it and then I am ALWAYS greatful that I've brought it.
I want to convince my older daughter to get one so we can get the connector.
