I recently bought a pair of these boots, and LOVE them! They are tall enough to be able to wade out into the water so I don't scrape my kayak up on the shoreline, and they are waterproof and warm. The best part is that they're flexible enough to be able to move around in the cramped under-deck area of a kayak. I plan to paddle until the lakes freeze over this winter!

Ordered this tall boot so ankles would stay dry while paddling in cold water.They work great,are comfortable & help keep feet warm.My husband also got a pair & we're very satisfied with this product.Other kayakers are going to order also.

I have been hemming and hawing about this purchase for some time, but finaly got tired of having to worry about wet feet while kayaking in the winter,so I broke down and got them. Best thing I could've done. They keep my feet dry and snug! I was worried about getting the right size but with their having you measure your foot and then relating it to the sizing chart worked out really well! I was also worrying how it would fit over my calves. No Problem! I am able to comfortably wear multiple socks without being too snug. Great purchase.

Needed a spring and fall kayaking boot and thought I'd try them. Had them out three times already and so far and I'm impressed. Nice thick 5mm neoprene with fuzzy lining - thick soles for those fat gravel nuggets and broken glass - very easy on and off with the handy heel lug. Surprisingly well constructed - my feet stay WARM and DRY - matter 'o' fact I'm still wearing the socks I paddled with earlier today - still dry! I wear a standard size 11 and these fit perfectly barefoot or with socks - mmmm dry socks.

We'll see how well they hold up leakage wise over the next few seasons but so far so good.

One of the smartest buys I've done in a while ! they keep my feet dry and warm in cold water without letting even a drop get inside , very comfortable fit with enough room to wear socks , putting them on is a breeze and so is taking them off this boots come true to size I use #9 )no need to get next size over , the sole has a nice aggressive tread that allows you to walk on slippery mud banks with no trouble at all I am very pleased with this boots and you will be too !

These are like Britsh 'Wellingtons' - waterproof boots, but I think they look a little cooler and work much better to keep water out. I use then for 'wave running' on the lake and they are perfect. They keep out airborn water as well - something other boots don't.

They are inexpensive, fit well, and do the job.

If you work out these will be tight around the calf but if you have ever worn 'Wellington's ' you will know that tight around the calf is a good thing.

The NeoSport Wetsuits Explorer 5mm Explorer Boot[size 13], has well built uppers, and based on the reviews I decided to try them. Although, the soles seem larger than the NeoSport Paddle shoes, they still do not extend the length of the foot cavity. Therefore, the sole heel stitching is not at the back of the shoe, but further in. This construction causes the curve of stitching to be the first striking point on the heel when walking. Inserts, which don't solve the problem, take up enough space, that if they did solve the striking heel problem, would make it difficult to wear socks of any thickness.

After a short time walking in them, they cause noticeable heel soreness. So, if you need a size 13 boot, this review may be helpful.

I love my boots! They are amazing! Keep my feet and legs warm and dry. They are great for deep snow and also work great in water!

I really love these boots for kayaking. They have only been used twice so far and it makes cold water paddling so much more comfortable. The top of the boot fits very snug to my leg and doesn't allow water to enter the boots even when I was in water deeper than the boots. When the water temps get cold enough and you are unable to use your regular warm weather footwear these boots are great. I would, and have recommended these boots to my friends.

These are excellent!! Great price and didn't have a strong rubber like smell which would have been a big negative as I have allergies. Can't wait to put these babies on this week and collect seashells and retrieve my dog's ball at the ocean!They were very comfortable on my feet as I walked around a lot with them on in my house. I typically wear an 8.5 and I ordered these in 9 so I could wear thick socks. Great decision - perfect fit with thick socks. Arrived in a nice box. These would make a nice gift.
