Ice Aid NeoWrap 4-in-1 Cold Therapy for Wrist, Ankle, Elbow and Neck

This wrap does a good job at reducing swelling by providing cold therapy...but it really does not stay cold for that long once you are wearing it. I understand that your body heat will of course warm the wrap, but it just seems like it warms far too quickly. After about 15-20 minutes, I no longer feel that the wrap is effective. Additionally, after wearing it for a short time and then putting it back in the freezer, it takes hours for it to truly freeze all the way. For this to really be effective, I feel like I would need a few wraps that are ready to go "on ice" so I could keep the cold therapy going to longer periods of time.

Another issue that I have with the wrap is trying to wear it on an elbow. Because it's not really a sleeve, it is a bit difficult to get it optimally secured on your elbow, as you essentially have to hold and secure it using only one hand. I haven't used it on my wrist yet, but I imagine I would run into the same problem. Those looking to use it primarily on their neck or an ankle should have no trouble though.

I like the concept but gees one use and the bag was leaking fluids already. A waste of 20 bucks i'm super dissapointed.

Great concept, functional design, stays pretty snug. Only con is the sleeve you slip the ice pack into is a light fishnet type material. No matter how careful you are, sooner or later it is going to snag, once snagged, it will ultimately tear and break down. I cut the sharp corners off the ice packs they sell to use with these but it snagged anyway. Sleeve needs improvement to last as long as actual wrap.

I have a torn tendon in my elbow and I use this item to reduce the swelling after work outs or deep massages. What can I say, it works great!

I use this all the time for my tendinitis in my elbow and sore neck muscles. It is so convenient I just wish I knew about it ages ago. Since I use it so much I will be getting another ice pad to switch out when needed.

This is a fabulous product. The best thing is how easy it is to apply to arms and legs. Very ease to go about your normal routine while applying cold to the hurting area. Highly recomended.
