I bought this from Bravofun! It's exactly what I was expecting. Here's a video of me with it after 4 days. I never tried one before.

The first day was extremely frustrating. Took me over an hour just to make the cube. Finally got it and just kept doing it over and over until it became second nature. By far the most difficult thing was splitting the cube. After repeated attempts for a day, I couldn't get it at all. Studied a bunch of youtube videos(no one seems to explain it right), and finally got it. Had to repeat it a bunch of times(And mess up the cube a lot) before it became very easy to perform. My secret is to use your nails, go along the center and not apply any downward pressure(one axis will be easier to part then others. Don't force them open. Just move to a different side if its not parting). Only try to push apart. Once you get it slightly open on the end, place your thumb in to hold it. Slide you fingers along the edge and part two sides. The center magnets should stick to the sides stronger then the balls across from them (because of the magnetic poles) creating a clean break. Splitting the rectangle is very much the same.

Patience is always good to have when you start.

Building the other shapes using pentagons and triangles is easy and can probably be achieved after viewing other people creating them on youtube. Just pay attention and you'll get them on the first try.

Great seller with fast shipping and a good product. Cheaper then the other Neocubes on here as of the moment. Highly recommended.

I picked this up for myself as a present to myself this season and after spending a few hours online debating it I jumped the gun. The "puzzle" as they call it plays out just as they describe it. It's a lot of fun, although I would not recommend trying to fool around with it in a busy place, it's easy to lose one of the magnets if you accidentally drop one (although it is really difficult to do this, the magnetic attraction between them is fairly strong). I love trying to challenge myself to make difficult shapes such as the cube, hexagon, etc. There are multiple ways you can go about at creating these shapes so it's always a challenge to find the quickest way. I showed this to a cousin of mine (not in any shape, all the magnets were grouped together in a ball) and I told him I'll show him the cube. He didn't believe me at first that you could use these balls to form a cube, but a minute later I showed him the finished result. You can really let your imagination run free with this product and is a great small gift to give to anyone. My brothers were constantly taking it away from me and we are well beyond our teen years. It's a puzzle for everyone (simple as that).

Saw it at a friend's place and immediately had to order it. It is a fantastic new kind of puzzle which took me quite some time to figure out. Done with building the cube, I proceeded to build a plethora of other shapes, and after months of usage I still find new combinations and varieties.
This toy is not for young children! They love it, but it is dangerous to swallow 2 or more strong magnets.

Best toy I have ever had! Always a hit in a get-together!
