I ordered these because the photo and description clearly indicates a hole and countersink. The magnets I got were solid with no hole and are unusable for my purpose.

As advertised. Very strong magnet. Hole is centered and countersunk on each side. I used a #6 flathead, stainless steel(non-magnetic) screw to secure mine to it's destination.

These magnets are very powerful and come with a warning to be careful handling them. I took a chunk of skin off of my thumb when the magnets snapped together unexpectedly. The magnets are also quite brittle and I got several chips taken off of one magnet when they snapped. So handle them properly! Otherwise product was as described, arrived in a good time and were powerful enough for the use I put them to (made a magnetic board toy).
