I purchased this mount for my Toshiba 26av500u LCD flat screen. I wanted one that swiveled up/down and left/right. Trying to figure out which mount to use was hard. There are so many of them out there. I did some research and found that for the price, this mount was exactly what I needed. It met all my expectations. I mounted it on a beam near my ceiling. Two lag screws and six screws to the back of the TV. Took me about 10 minutes. Very easy to lift off the post if I want to remove the TV for whatever. You can tighted the mount movement for easy or harder to move situations with a knob or a set screw.

All parts were included. This works with VESA 100x100, 100x200, 200x200. These are the spacing between the holes on the back of the TV in mm.
