Received the Wrong Pendant!!,

I placed my order on May 1st, for delivery before Mother's Day (May 14th). I received a package on May 3rd - it was a beautiful package, with the jewelry box wrapped in tissue and placed in a larger box - but it was the wrong pendant! I called American Pearl and they said to send back the necklace and upon receipt they would immediately ship out the correct piece. I sent it back and according to FedEx tracking, it was delivered to their offices on Friday, May 5th. I called on Tuesday, May 9th because I hadn't yet received the necklace - only to be told that they would be shipping it out on Wednesday, May 10th - for delivery on Friday, May 12th! I sincerely hope that it arrives in time, or else they will be hearing from me again!
