Product Description

This is one of the most versatile, inexpensive, and interesting ways to spruce up an area with light. It can be used indoors or outdoors and can be mounted with small clear plastic clips or simply set in behind crown molding to add a luminous glow to a room. This set is a bright red in color and contains 18' of 1/2" (13mm) diameter rope light, encasing 216 bulbs. The ends can be connected continuously up to 300' in total length. This set features a whopping 10,000 hour bulb life, a safety fuse plug, and 18 tie clips as well as mounting accessory clips. This set has been UL listed.

I bought three of these 18 ft lengths and tried to connect them to each other, and they didn't light up. They only work when they are directly connected to the electrical outlet power source. Design flaw, perhaps?

Light is a good value and looks very nice. It also uses very little power and comes with all the installation clamps. However a small section of the lights were out. With a little manipulation I got them to light so I assume there was a poor connection in that zone. But unlike many other light sets only one small section went out and not the entire string. I am pleased and have gotten several comments on how nice they look.
