I purchased this item about 3 weeks ago and it's just as expected. It does what it says it does. Sometimes I forget I have it on. If your looking for something to trim off that unwanted fat around your waist and cant do allot of crunches this will help you lower those love handles.

I like it, but the fabric can stretch too much. I got a medium, but I feel like I need a small now, but not because I got thinner, because I feel I sretched out the fabric.
I think it needs more velcro to make the belt smaller.

I ordered this belt. It was difficult to find it in this country!
It really works by helping my waist and abdominals to be on place. I do exercise, but the belt helps to do a reducing effect of extra fat in this area.

I ordered this item and got it the next day. Its exactly as described. No complaints. The width is perfect for what I needed and the quality is great.

I`m wearing this belt just from 2 weeks, I bought the medium and now it become bigger, not because of melting cellulite but of its stretching.. be care on choosing your size otherwise it will be helpless and buy another one of smaller size. i want also to add that till now I don`t recognize any difference in my size or weight.. hoping that later maybe

Good quality product. It is big enough to fit and it is helpful for more efficient sweating during work outs. I recommend it.

I'm not sure about the product's weight loss benenfits, but by wearing this belt at night I have cured my post partum back pain. Between losing my core muscles during pregnancy and sleeping in odd positions while nursing my son, I was in constant misery. I wanted to avoid taking pain medication as much as possible since I was nursing so when someone suggested one of these belts, I thought it was worth a shot. It appears to be of great quality and has held up well to nightly use. The one night I forgot to wear it my back pain returned.

This definitely helps you build heat and burn water, but it also offers great support and seems to hold up a ton better than other thinner heat belts. It's a great product and I ordered a small and should have a medium, but it fits and gives me more reason to keep working out. It is also great that it's longer than most binders so there is no overhang.

After reading multiple reviews, I realized they are all different; it's all in the marketing and high price (almost 3x as much as this binder!). I am very pleased with my choices.

I have been wearing this binder everyday for about a month and a half and these are the benefits I've found:
* binder lies flat and does not show under my clothes
* it provides good supoort but is not overly restricting ,great for slimming a post surgery-pregnancy belly cause it makes you sweat like nothing else before!
* the material is good quality (it hasn't bothered me with tears or stains) i used it all the time with sauna effect creams and slimming gels
* it has human body structure that is why - I think this is what keeps it from rolling

* you can't beat the price!

The belt arrived in perfect conditions and as described. But wearing, I felt it didn't hold its positions but rolled itself in and was somewhat ineffective for those areas. As a matter of fact, this belt might be more purposeful for person with already a good waste shape, but in my case, it still has opportunities for improvements. And a "heat" belt is normally supposed to heat up the area, but in my case it became only slightly warmer. But maybe I am just a too big kind-a guy with high expectations. Overall, it is a good belt and I hope I can make more use of it after losing some pounds around my waste.
