This cover looks great, but I would have preferred it to be slightly more snug. The kindle can easily slip out of the cover if placed in a large purse. This case stretches, but the fit isn't tight enough to actually make use of the stretchy material. To give you a better idea of the fit, I think you can fit two kindles in this case. I'm a bit disappointed.

Just got one for my birthday & I LOVE it. So much cooler than the serviceable black cover that came with my Kindle. The little waiste causes it to fit snuggly. The only thing I would change is I may add a button & loop on the top since it is open. That way I can put it into my purse without worrying about dropping my lipstick in on top of it. The original Kindle fits inside but not with that black cover on it.

I love Built NY products, but I agree with other reviews that it could be more snug. I put it in my school bag sideways and it slides out very easilty, which defeats the purpose. Two square velcro strips on either side seemed to solve the problem, but it would be much better if Built NY had put a zipper in the top.

This sleeve for the international version is too large and too loose. Right out of the box, I can already see it being picked up by the wrong end and the Kindle falling to the floor. It does not have any means of securing the kindle to it, nor for closing the opening. I recommend you choose a different item to protect your kindle. I am in the process of returning this one.

This sleeve, at least the one that I received, has more red/orange in it than pink. The fabric is also more of a pinstripe than the larger stripes shown here. As other reviewers have noted, the fit is lacking. The Kindle can slide right out if the case tips. Further, some of the threads are already coming loose and I've only had it a few weeks. And if you are sensitive to odors, you'll have to let this air out for a few days; the neoprene has a strong chemical smell. On the positive side, the neoprene is thick enough to protect the Kindle, which I guess is the bottom line. For the price, I'd look at some of the other available Kindle sleeves.

I have a silicon skin on my Kindle. When other reviewers commended that the sleeve is loose, I thought it would be a perfect fit to mine. Indeed! Nice color. Fit perfectly.

Great sleeve and very stylish, I especially like that I can keep my Kindle in it while it charges. It isn't as snug as you'd imagine if you're just putting your Kindle directly into it. I managed after much tugging and grunting to push my Kindle in its case ("the leather cover") into the sleeve but I ended up warping the side of the case. I wanted both because the Kindle definitely does not bounce in its leather cover and in the sleeve it feels pretty protected.

I bought this for my wife w/ her kindle last year - she LOVES it. It's a year old now & has taken some beating, including baby throw up, pop & other liquid spills & it still looks new! If you're looking for something more protective for drops this isn't it - this is a soft case, although it's a thick neoprene if she dropped it this wouldn't keep it from that kind of damage.

The sleeve is very nice to grab and go. We keep the Kindle in the sleeve during the day so that if it drops, nothing will happen to it.

It isn't very sturdy, but it serves its purpose.

I ordered this with my Kindle and love it! The bright colors help me to find it quick. I ordered a zippered cover for traveling, so it won't fall out and I can store the charger - as this sleeve does not have a closer or pocket. I can just grab this and go whether it is to sit on the couch or stick it in my bag to take to a doctor's appointment. Love it!
