I just received my Danger, sidekick side pouch. My first reaction was very nice, but looks small? That's because it's just ment for the first sidekick not the sidekick II which is longer! Never the less I made it fit. I like it? Even though it's hard to get it in and out it's so comfortable because of the horizontal design! My only wish would be that they made one that is made for the sidekick II model. (Hint, hint!)

A correction to the above review. The Neoprene Pouch does not have a belt clip, as I implied, but uses snaps to create the loop for your belt. This allows you to easily remove the pouch when you want to without having to remove your belt. Unfortunately, as I mentioned in my previous review, those snaps can come loose under the right circumstances.

Works well but the clip doesn't hold well enough. I lost my Sidekick after 5 months of ownership when I sat down at a movie theater and the case slipped unnoticed off my belt. It does seem to protect the sidekick adequately and I found it easy to use. When I get my Color Sidekick I'll probably get another one but I will stitch up the belt clip so that the only way to remove it will be to remove my belt.

I know the poster below me said this already but I will put it in the subject line so it's easier to see before you jump the gun and buy one.

Ok! I am not trying to discriminate against women but this pouch is for men. I tried to use it but I can't seem to get to the phone on time to answer it. I don't wear belt often so this pouch it useless to me personally...

It is great for those who wear belt becuase it can snap right-onto your belt for resistance and it is soft to the touch for your Sidekick II. It is a great tool to carry around.

Very handy! The back is a pair of snapping buttons that hold fast, even when you try and take it off. Fits onto every belt I've put it on, and holds my Sidekick with pride! I love the "SIDEKICK" on the front, telling to the world, this is my phone! It stretches comfortably to fit my sidekick.

One fault, it's a face out holder, and doesn't like having the screen facing inward, but after a while it gets used to it.

I own this puch since 3 months now.

When the pouch is closed and securely attached to your belt it provides good protection. Even when my sidekick fell from a table in the pouch no damage was sustained. The neoprene gives it a snug fit.

BUT: the velcro is already not holding any more, so frequently I find the pouch open... luckily the phone never fell out so far.

And the two buttons don't hold the belt fastener enough. Like the other reviewer that really lost his phone, I also quite frequently had to reattach the pouch to my belt after sitting down.

out of all the holsters and carriers i have had this is the first ont to be able to fit the phone and keep it protected.
