The Best for Cuts, Scapes, Abrasions,

This review is from: Neosporin First Aid Antibiotic Ointment (2 Tubes X 1 Oz Each) (Health and Beauty)
After using this product for many years, I find it to be the best available for all sorts of small injuries that lead to bleeding or skin abrasion. I've even used it once or twice for larger cuts that would have otherwise resulted in one or two stitches (NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THIS USE). Many people like Bacitracin because it's generally cheaper, but Neosporin is worth the extra money because it does a better job at preventing infections. It contains three antibiotics: Bacitracin, Polymixin, & Neomycin, & those three protect against a wide variety of bacterial infections.

I had used this product before and it worked wonders on a small cut of mine. However, its not incredibly effective with bigger ones so that is why I rated it as regular.
