Received A Spoiled Product From This Seller,

I received the above Neova Copper Peptide Cream, a product I have been using for several years. The cream I received is spoiled, and it reeks of rancid oil. Also, it is not the correct consistency and is in a near liquid state, indicating it has gone bad. I believe it is is way beyond its expiry date and shelf life. It is a defective/damaged product.

I could only use this product for one week. Everytime I put it on, the scent of this cream was very offensive to me. I felt like I had to hold my nose for a few minutes after putting it on. My friend didn't mind the scent so I gave the cream to her. During the one week I used the product, I saw no change in my skin texture. No biggie. I didn't expect to after such a short time.
