I'd like to start off by noting that the rating system Amazon.com has for toys is rather flawed here. If nothing else, you're not going to say "I hate it" or "I love it" or anything in between when rating the educational value of any toy.

I also would like to note that I have absolutely no idea what the online product descriptions are talking about when they say this product contains a marble. I bought this item at a Wal-Mart, and have yet to find a marble. But if somebody does, let me know.

Now, then- the review.

This is an excellent Nerf product- 36 rounds for a standard price of $5-6. You can hardly do better than that. In terms of putting together a sizeable amount of rounds of a non-specialized type, this is as good as it gets. Buyer beware, however- like real firearms, Nerf and other air-powered replica weapons do not all use the same ammunition. Nerf weapons have become increasingly specialized in recent years, meaning that the Standard Nerf Rounds as I call them don't work well or at all in certain weapons. The new Raider and Longshot weapons use Clip-System rounds and cannot use the standard suction ones at all.

These rounds are well made and stand years of use well, but remember that they are only foam and rubber and a determinded effort will surely destroy them. This pack of 36 standard Nerf rounds can be used in many weapons, even some not made by Nerf, and overall offers excellent value and entertainment for the money. I highly recommend this 36-round package, but if you're buying it to supply a particular weapon be sure you know if the two are compatible. From what I have seen, in addition to the Vulcan, Maverick, and Nite Finder or E-finder or whatever that pistol with the orange tab on the back is called, these standard suction rounds are also compatible with any weapon using the plastic orange ejectable shells.

My son got a new nerf gun for his birthday and it takes the orange and black darts... but he was shooting those at the walls and windows to make them stick, so I tried these suction darts.

"These are awesome" is the claim my son made when he used these. He can shoot his gun from farther back and still make the darts stick, so really - what more can you ask for in a Nerf dart?

My son (age 9) is hard on all toys and accessories. These Nerf Suction Darts are much more durable than other brands. He and his friends have Nerf gun "battles" all the time. These darts last.

I was looking for extra bullets for the N-Strike Recon CS-6 that my boyfriend had won at a Yankee Swap. I thought the suction darts would be extra fun, and it says right in the description that it fit the gun he has. WRONG! They jammed & wouldn't fire. Not a huge deal, since I returned them with no hassle, but then the fun of opening & playing with a gift right away was gone, which was a bummer.

While reading the reviews, I noticed that this happened with another model that Amazon has listed as well. My advice -- buyer beware & double-check with Hasbro on which guns will really take this ammo.

My boyfriend and middle aged stepdad have just as much fun chasing and shooting each other with these darts as do my 10 year old brother and his friends. They can run around for hours and are a chorus of giggles. The bullets can stand up to lots of abuse, so the only real dart problem is falling into enemy hands!

Great refill. The darts get lost very easily so it is nice to have a bunch of extras around the house to replace them. Nothing special but we got what we were expecting when we expected it.

It fits most of my kids nerf guns and is pretty durable, considering how really rough the kids are these days.

Gave Nerf Guns and extra ammunition to Son and Daughter, (3) Nieces and Nephews, Future Son-In-Law and Brother in Law after all other gifts were open.

These darts were purchased for my two sons for their nref guns. The suctions are good and stick to anything. I do not reccommend shooting at the T.V. it leaves a small ring. The ring eventually comes off. We created a bullseye and hung it on the wall so the kids can have endless fun.

While I know that there isn't much to say about a Nerf dart, they are sure fun! I bought them along with a gun to use them with for my grandsons. I think they wore themselves out and these little sponges outlasted them! That is pretty good for an inexpensive toy like these. They stick well, and take a licking! Good job. Somethings don't have to be electronic and expensive to be fun!
