This review is from: Nerf N-Strike Vulcan EBF-25 Belt Refill (Toy)
You can typically find this item locally at Target/Kmart/ToysRUs for $8.99 (in N. Cal).
Its a cheap way of buying Nerf ammo and a belt for the Vulcan. Don't pay more than $9.99.

I bought this after i bought the nerf vulcan. The rapid fire option worked great, because it gets a little unwieldy to pull the lever to reload while holding the heavy gun with the other. My son said it was a lot harder to reload because you had to take the belt out and put the 25 darts in. So i bought this so he had two belts to reload with. He loves having nerf wars with the kids around the neighborhood.

These work perfectly with my Vulcan but they are an older design. I'm thinking this is the model between the original chain and the ones that ship with the gun now. They fully incase the darts and are a little harder to push in but worked perfectly when fired. If you are planning on modifying to a longer chain they only have on dummy round at the beginning of the chain as well. This makes it hareder to extend. The original chain had them at the first and last round.
