the price is good but the coffee is a crap shoot.Sometimes it is fine and sometimes it is out of date and the pods are swollen and brew at a slooooow pace. very frustrating and the coffee quality at that stage is poor. I never have time to return and I am not sure how to work Amazon or who is actually selling to me. The procust is poor quality about 50% of the time. I will not order anymore. Good luck. No place to get a reply or response so this is the only avenue I see.

My new favorite (after Cappucino, of course). Not as much of a "bite" as Luongo or even Luongo "Mild" but still full flavored, with that wonderful crema. Just a perfect cup of coffee.

I have tried and tried, second box of this stuff and its just not good coffee. Wish I had purchased a Keurig just for the variety. The Dolce Gusto is a novel idea but I am not impressed with any of the coffee selections.

The Coffee maker is o.k. but we are annoyed to find that the only way to get refills in on-line.
Calls to Nescafe's customer service assure us we can get them at Walmart - NOPE!

Try as I might, I just can't get a decent cuppa outta these. What a waste of beans. Blech.

Should I win the lottery, I will drink 100% Kona. Until that time I am happy enough with a cup of Caffe Americano in the morning. Recommend making roughly a half cup of Americano, then switching to a cocoa pod from the Chococino to make a nice mocha on chilly evenings. My selections of the Nescafe pods are quite limited locally so it is nice to be able to obtain a wider selection on Amazon.

Review Update: 1-12-2011 When I bought these originally, they were sold directly from Amazon, and therefore were eligible for super saver shipping. They were also eligible for subscribe & save. Since then, the price has apparently DOUBLED (from $21.25 for 3 boxes) to almost $50. Fifty dollars is totally unacceptable for three boxes of these, I don't care how good they are. Don't know if Amazon is going to sell this again themselves, but if they don't, Dolce Gusto may yet go the way of the Senseo. Great coffee, now nearly extinct in the US. Watch your prices, especially on subscribe & save with these!

If you like a bold coffee, but not a bitter coffee, these Americano capsules are great. I like the stronger (and somewhat bitter) caffe lungo capsules, but I also like these. They couldn't be described as wimpy or weak, as I feared they might be when I tried them. They have a very nice bold flavor in their own right without being bitter in the least. Caveat: Don't try filling up a huge mug using only one capsule - the dolce gusto recipe book calls for 6oz of water with these. So if you have a super large mug, you may have to use two to get your preferred amount of coffee. Unless you're like my husband and like really weak coffee. If you do, brew away! But if brewed properly, they aren't weak and wimpy. Very nice! I'd recommend for mild to bold coffee drinkers who don't like bitter.

Best price I can find online. I can't locate any local store that carries this flavor. Wish this was offered an auto-ship to save 15% and quicker shipment.

This is great coffee at a fair price. Amazon has the best deals and super fast shipping.

I really enjoy waking up in the morning to a great cup of coffee in just about 30 seconds, great.
