Product Description

Package Quantity: 3

Instant coffee is prepared in the same way as roast and ground coffee, but with an added step at the end of the process. NESCAFÉ is made by first selecting premium blends of coffee beans and roasting them to perfection, the coffee beans are ground and brewed. The resulting brew is a high quality coffee which then gets freeze dried to preserve and fresh lock the rich roast flavor and aroma of NESCAFÉ. The benefit is you get to simply add back hot water to brew the coffee fresh in your cup. No machines, no hassle. It's as simple as that.

I also reviewed the Clasico Suave. I did not give the Suave the high rating I gave this. The Classic or Clasico coffee has a much bolder flavor than the Suave. We like our coffee a bit bolder. So if you like your instant coffee bolder as well, this is for you. Otherwise, try the Clasico Suave.

This flavor is the closest thing to Central American coffee. Almost all other (not just instant), coffees are roasted to the American palate which has a tinge of chicory flavoring. This is smooth and almost sweet in the roast.
After decades of good sales it puzzles me why Nestle would discontinue this product to push others.

We went to a wedding about 6 months ago. The hotel we stayed at served a full breakfast and the coffee dispenser was a Nescafé machine. The wife and I both loved the coffee but I couldn't convince her that Nescafé was instant coffee. Finally ordered this and put it in our coffee maker one morning without telling her. She commented immediately on how good the coffee was. Of course I had to show her the jar. Needless to say, we did away with our coffee maker and now use Nescafé exclusively. THIS IS NOT YOUR GRANDPARENTS INSTANT COFFEE. The flavor is great.

It is beyond my comprehension why Nestle would stop making one of the products they have best been know for the world over. It was always off the shelves especially when on sale. I lived in Latinamerica and this coffee has a roast that is closest to the flavors of what is served there. There is no bitterness and this absolutely does not tast like instant coffee. The reason being that IT IS NOT PROCESSED. It is merely pure coffe with the water extracted, a process unique to this coffee.
This seller is wonderful and I will continue to purchase it monthly until they run out!! Thank you for making it available!

Since the Nescafe Classico Suave has pretty much completely disappeared off local shelves (and got silly high for online pricing because of it), this is the one I have fallen back on for my "slurp-slurp" coffee, far more robust yet fairly smooth (I drink it white and sweet).

Why buy off Amazon? Well, at least for me, Instant Coffee selections in my immediate area is pretty slim pickings at times, and the price difference isn't super crazy like one can see on other online grocery items. Came fresh, well packaged, and convenient click ordering when I keep having those moments of remembering far after leaving the grocery store, "Oh ya, dang it, I forgot to pick up..."

Bitter nasty stuff. I bought it based on the glowing reviews I'd seen, but would not purchase this coffee again. Fortunately, I found it in a dollar store and only paid around five dollars, so I'm not kicking myself as much as I would if I'd spent more…..

I have been drinking the Nescafe Classic for over four decades. There were occasional diversions and taste tests, but I always returned to the Classic. Locally we were buying the coffee at Gelsons, as they were the only local store to carry Nescafe. We had it down to a science, we bought the coffee on the day Gelsons received it, as it was very popular and sold out in two, three days. Then Gelsons closed the store.
We called all stores within reasonable distance to find that not one had Nescafe. We were delighted to discover that we can buy it on Amazon. Even though Amazon sells the coffee at $8.75 a jar, which is almost $2 more than what we were paying locally, their price is the lowest online. Then I read in one review that Nescafe will discontinue the Classic. I could not confirm that information, but just in case, I ordered enough for a couple of years.
Thank you Amazon.

As it has been stated by many others, Nescafe makes the best instant coffee. Period, end of report. Nescafe pioneered the freeze dry process that preserves the flavor of the beans and they have been making instant coffee the longest and only make instant coffee. Unlike the rest of the world, Americans do not embrace instant coffee. For the last few years, I have been forced to use instant coffee due to my living situation. I have tried several instant coffees, and Nescafe has the best coffee taste of them all, hands down. I would highly recommend this coffee to anyone who can't have fresh brewed coffee for whatever reason. To me, there is nothing like a cup of coffee from a fresh brewed Bunn coffee maker, but this one is as good as it gets.
