The product review above promises that this roaster has the capacity to to handle a 22 lb. turkey. IT DOES NOT. In fact, it cannot even handle a 20 lb. turkey. And I think an 18 pounder might be pushing its limits.

This roaster is everything it says it is. The best thing is that it heats from the sides so the bottem does not burn; it cooks evenly. I highly recommend it! I am completely satisfied with it.
