Since 1932 the Nesco brand name has been synonymous with Roaster Ovens. With a Nesco Roaster Oven you can roast, bake, cook, steam, slow cook and serve. Other than broiling, the Nesco Roaster Oven can do anything a normal oven can do but better and with less energy usage and less heat generated in the kitchen. The Roaster Oven is portable so you can make great tasting meals wherever you go.
The exclusive "Circle of Heat" heating element wraps around for moist, even cooking. The automatic temperature control maintains even cooking temperatures from 200 degrees to 450 degrees. Removable steel rack has easy lift out handles for safe, easy insertion and removal of hot foods. The porcelain porcelain enamel coated steel cookwell is specially designed for the demands of preparation and volume cooking. With the 18-Quart Roaster Oven, the cookwell is also popular for home cooking, among people who appreciate the appearance and durability of stainless steel.

Best roaster we ever had. Took a while to realize we didn't have to adjust because of defects in the old ones we had. Love it.Published 5 days ago by Thomas F. Reed

My wife liked it , she has roasted two turkeys with it. One 12 lb. and one 21 lb, both turned out great. Only thing is, is that I saw the same roaster later for about $25 lessPublished 21 days ago by Roger
