Fits all 18 quart Nesco roaster ovens. Consists of three 2.75 Qt. non stick aluminum buffet pans. The divider plates keep pan in place and allow pans to fit virtually all Nesco 18 qt Roaster Ovens. With the Nesco Roaster, the pans have superior even heating so their suitable for all types of food and make for easy serving. The Nesco 4908 3-piece 1.5 qt. non-stick pan set gave us more use out of our Nesco 4808 18 qt. roaster oven by turning it into a portable 3 pan chafing dish! We were heading to a dinner, so I put three types of hot cooked veggies in the pans, then suspended them in the roaster with water in the bottom. They pans look small but are deep and hold more than I thought they would. With the roaster covered I "cooked" the water to get everything piping hot. We secured the roaster best we could in the footwell of the vehicle. It was a bit of a bumpy ride. When we got there I was expecting a mess. We were relieved to see the dividers had done their job keeping the veggies and water separate! I plugged it back in and hid the cord behind the table. During the course of the buffet dinner the food stayed hot and moist without burning. Our "Veggie Trio" was a hit. Clean up was easy because of the non-stick, and being suspended over hot water the steam kept things from getting crispy. I will be using this for all our holiday meals at home too! Warning: It does NOT fit "any" 18 qt. roaster oven as the description says -- it's made to fit only certain roaster oven wells so make sure you have a compatable model before you buy!

We love this buffet kit. We were only pulling our roaster out a couple times a year to roast turkeys, but we went to a party where a friend of ours had this buffet kit. We had to get one. Since we got it we have used it twice for parties. It works great on keeping foods warm. I also like that when you take each pan out it cools off very fast. Makes clean up quick and easy. We will definitely use our roaster more often with these insert.

Unfortunately, this does not fit my Nesco 18 qt roaster - it was way too tight. According to the packaging, this is supposed to fit "most" 18 qt roasters. I guess the model I have does not fall in the "most" category. The model number for my roaster is 4808-14 so make sure you check your model before you buy this kit.
