Great Pressure Cooker
I have a stovetop Innova pressure cooker. Ordered the Nesco so I could can with two pots at the same time. The Innova had been discontinued. The Nesco parts are interchangable. My origional order was recieved without the power cord being packed with the unit. One phone call and it was delivered within a couple of days, no problem.

Canning using 1/2 pint jars
Very disappointed that 14 1/2 pint jars would not fit in the cooker as it made the jars (7 stacked on top of 7) too high for the lid to fit. The book noted that a canning disk could be requested from Nesco, but Nesco says the canning disk is the same as the steamer basket that was shipped with the cooker.
