We first saw this at a Williams-Sonoma store where they gave us a demonstration. We were very impressed with the quality and ease of use. Since receiving this at home, we use it even more than we thought and our friends are amazed. It is just too easy to make a great cappucino now! We had thought about getting an espresso maker for a long time, but I didn't want the mess and extra work involved. This is just too simple, and includes a great selection of coffees. The frother is equally as easy to use and is much better than the one that WS has paired with their machine. If you like great coffee, and an occasional cappucino, this is the simple and easy way to do it.
