It's Milo. If you already know what that is, then you know what it tastes like.

If you don't know, you're missing out, big time! It's like what Ovaltine would be if it were a gazillion times better!

Use it in coffee, milk, smoothies, milkshakes, recipes, (I even made a very yummy curry with it! Someone bet me $2 I couldn't), and anything else that would be better with some chocolaty awesomeness! (and really, what wouldn't)

Finding Milo in the US is difficult, and shipping from Australia is NOT cheap, so this is a definite win!

It is the Chinese version, not the version I'm used to (South African). This one is a fine powder (not granular) and is much sweeter. Having said that it still smells like Milo and the taste is reminiscent of it.

Milo is truly what Ovaltine wished it could be, no kidding here!

I am from the Caribbean, and Milo has been a staple in our diet for several decades (along with Ovaltine and Horlicks). I remember four-year-old me complaining every night of a toothache that my mom "miraculously" cured with a warm bottle of Milo. I did not know it then, but the Milo was so good and therapeutic that I forgot about my minor aches. Well, imaginary toothache or not, I had to have my Milo every night--I demanded it.

When my daughter turned 2 I started giving her chocolate Ovaltine with her milk. She was content with that for a year, but then I introduced her to the magic of Milo. She is now a certified Milo junkie. I even tried giving her Ovaltine since then, and she would simply take a taste and then put it down. I had to go find her some Milo.

The Milo that comes in the Jumbo can is the most economical, and it also has the same granular texture that I am used to from my childhood. The granular powder is delightful to munch on if you don't allow the Milo to dissolve fully in your drink. This drink is loaded with vitamins and minerals and tastes so full-bodied and refreshing, it becomes an addiction. Add it to your morning coffee with milk, and you will get a nutrition-packed mocha.

Feeling blue? Drink a warm mug of Milo with a sprinkle of the powder on top for a little crunch. You will feel better instantly!

Between my hubby and my daughter alone, I have to buy two Jumbo cans each month. I don't mind feeding the addiction, though, as it a healthy one.

Not the same as the Milo I've always had. This seems to be much sweeter and the texture is different. It's very powdery. Almost like drinking a Nestle chocolate milk.

BEWARE this product is NOT the same MILO as the one made by Nestle in Colombia. Different flavor and different texture. Not sure why Nestle would have two different products under the same brand and packaging in this time and age.

It might be owned by Nestle, but it is still Milo. Got my son hooked on a slice of my childhood. He is a milk on top type of guy, I prefer milo on top. Nothing better. This is a great price with great delivery.

As other people have said, it tastes basically like milo but it doesn't have the same crunchy texture. The powder is too fine.
