Ingredients
Sugar, Nonfat Milk, Cocoa Processed With Alkali, Vegetable Oil (Partially Hydrogenated Coconut or Palm Kernel, Canola, Hydrogenated Palm, Soybean, Cottonseed or Safflower), Marshmallows (Sugar, Corn Syrup, Modified Food Starch, Gelatin, Sodium Hexametaphosphate, Artificial and Natural Flavors, Blue 1), Corn Syrup Solids, Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose Gum, Salt, Sodium Aluminosilicate, Sodium Caseinate, Mono-and Diglycerides, Guar Gum, Dipotassium Phosphate, Natural and Artificial Flavors.

Directions
Microwave Preparation: Heat 6-8 fl oz water in microwave-safe mug for 1 1/2 minutes or until hot. Stir in one envelope hot cocoa mix. Conventional Preparation: Empty one envelope hot cocoa mix into mug. Add 6-8 fl oz hot water while stirring.

I've been drinking Nesquik for years. I could no longer find it in stores and was happy to see that Amazon is selling it. Thank you Amazon! The delivery of the cocoa was pretty quick.
