As any cable should, this one just works. I am using it w/ a Netgear WG302 and Netgear ANT24D18 Ant 18DBI Patch Panel
I am surprised that it is as expensive as it is, though.

I bought this thinking it would work to extend the antenna on my my netgear WG311T
wireless adapter. But it does not. The cable is Reverse-SMA female to Reverse-SMA female,
and I need Reverse-SMA female to Reverse-SMA male. Now I need a double Reverse-SMA male
adapter, and I have searched the net and have concluded they do not exist. So I plan
to return this cable and buy the correct one -- it looks like StarTech makes one.
I am very disappointed.
