This review is from: NETGEAR ANT24D18 14Dbi Antenna (Personal Computers)
I bought this to use w/ a Netgear WG302 v2. The most important thing to know in advance is that it does NOT come w/ a cable to attach to the wireless access point. Netgear recommends using any of its own branded antenna cables, and this is what I did. I am using the 5m cable (ACC 10314-03) and it works. However, I found that the WG302 with this antenna has provides less coverage for my 2 story colonial house than a Netgear WPN802 v1. I set the WPN802 into repeater mode and use the WG302 with this antenna as the access point. This arrangement works for me. |
