This little book is the perfect companion to beginning Nasal Sinus Irrigation (NSI) with the neti pot. Many people, including me, saw Dr. Oz and Oprah discussing the neti pot, but only so much information can be given in a short segment of a television show. This book takes NSI to the next step and is what you want to read before you start to use a neti pot.

I think it's very important to know what you're doing before you begin to stick things or pour fluids up your nasal passages. This book gives you everything you need to know in a short format (I read the book in an hour) that is easy to understand, and comprehensive. It covers: methods for using the neti pot, symptoms that respond to the neti post, a history of neti pot use, the relationship between the neti pot and meditation, medical resources, everything an average person would want to know about the nose and the sinuses to use the neti pot effectively, the danger triangle of the face, nose blowing (yes, there is more to learn about this!), how to properly make the irrigation fluid, drying techniques after cleansing, natural additives for the neti pot, problems with water flow when doing neti, and much more.

I was very, very glad that I read this book before my neti pot arrived. Highly recommended.

Gee, a really terrific little book that explains things about your nose and sinuses that most of us never even thought about...One thing I did learn from reading this book is that the nose is one important organ. The section on the use of the Neti Pot was also informative, explaining it's history, use and ties with Yoga etc. The book is only 93 pages, so it is a fast read. This really should be the only book you will need on your nose and the Neti Pot. Enjoy...

I got this book to go along with a Neti pot purchase. It is an easy read, with information as to how a neti pot works, how to use one and descriptions of health benefits from regular use. I purchased a neti pot when I had my last cold, based on some people I know who swear upon the benefits and I'm happy I did. I cleared up my cold within 4 days of using it and now I'm one of those, who testify to it's potential, to help aid in the healing process.

I am fairly new to using the neti pot. There are some great websites that show video on how to properly use the neti, and they helped a lot. This book was very informative and easy to understand. I am using this pot as a way to keep my allergies at bay and we'll see how it does.

This book is a must for learning to neti. It explains why you should consider cleaning your snout, and provides interesting background reading. It is priced well and compliments the neti pot for a great gift!!

I like the book. It is priced fair and I enjoyed the read, but for me it didn't really shed any new light on how to use the neti pot. Before I got the book I figured out that the saline packs consist of basically non-iodized salt and baking soda. I mix the two ingredients and keep in a small plastic container by my neti pot. The mixture costs pennies a week. I use once a day and it's changed my life. I was looking for some better solutions but for me the basic mix by far works the best.

The book came in perfect condition, my only gripe is that the book's too short/ simple...not the dealer's fault: You did excellently! Thank you for selling! :)
