Nice natural product for on the go... a better Vicks inhaler. However, while it provides a nice "breath" of clear invigorating air, it doesn't really clear out my sinuses the way the Neti Pot does. However, I guess I shouldn't have expected that it would.

I love this product and I'm so glad I discovered it while browsing on here. It really works, it relaxes me when I use it too. I like that it's all natural and I love the scent. I turned around and bought some as a gift after I got it. I think I'll get some for the holidays too for stocking stuffers.

I find this inhaler really helpful if I am moderately congested. It reminds me of the Vicks inhalers, which may or may not still be on the market.

Though the Neti Stik was purchased to help relieve my sinuses, I found it may also be helpful for reducing my migraine symptoms. Knowing peppermint is supposed to help with migraines, and being one of the primary ingredients in the Neti Stik, I shouldn't be so surprised. But pleasantly surprised I am that with the first sign of migraine aura, a sniff of the Neti Stik may have helped reduce the effect of the last three migraines. Possibly a coincidence, but I'll be keeping the Neti Stik handy.
