Covering world events, politics, sports and pop culture, this assemblage of satire includes such stories as “NATO Offers ‘Groupon’ Discount to Arab Spring Uprisings”, “Romney Dazzles in Swimsuit Portion of Debate”, McDonalds Launches Healthy ‘Go-Eat-Elsewhere’ Option”, and “First Lady Vows to Humiliate one Fat Kid Per Week.”

These humorists are very good at what they do. Read them here but then find them online. See what they have to say. You will be better off for it.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Fun Collection April 17, 2012
By CT
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
Writing satire is a tough task and this eBook makes an admirable attempt at showcasing some of the independent writers on the web trying to prove they have what it takes to make somebody laugh. Every piece in the collection has a different comedic slant which helps keep things fresh as the reader makes her way through the book. Because of the variety, not every piece will leave you hurting from laughter, but the high points are well worth the couple of dollars paid. As a fun bonus, the book contains links to the original pieces which makes it easy to find more work from your favorite contributes.
